30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return if the order is damaged, defective, or you are not satisfied with the order. Items must be unused, in original condition with packaging and tags intact. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue. Once the issue is verified, we will issue a replacement or full refund to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us as soon as possible after the delivery with clear photos or a short video. We’ll do our best to make it right.
